1) Happy St. Patrick's Day. I forgot to feature the strip's one obviously Irish character today, but Barbara also has Irish blood, so that's all right. 2) I would like to welcome my niece, Lindsay Elizabeth Pan, to the world. She was born on the Ides of March and is really, really cute. As my first gift to her, I place her name on this page and thus force Google to acknowledge her existence. I'll probably also get her a teddy bear.

Panel 1: Marie and Barbara, both holding election ballots, sit together on a couch in the Davies College common room. Barbara is writing on her ballot.

Marie: Damn it. I can't decide who to vote for.

Barbara: I can.

Panel 2:

Marie: With these three candidates?

Barbara: Four candidates.

Panel 3:

Marie:
There aren't--

Barbara: And I've always been a huge fan of Donald Duck.

Panel 4:

Marie [smirks and writes on her ballot]: Ah...four candidates.

Barbara: I considered Mickey Mouse, but his platform just didn't convince me.

Alt-Text: I don't know that anyone ever does actually vote for Donald Duck, but in past years, I have heard several people threaten to do so.
