Felicia: What's wrong? Amy: It's just so close! Even with the preferential voting system...when we redistribute the votes of the lowest two candidates... Panel 3: Amy: ...it's really, really close. Felicia: Wait. The lowest two candidates? Panel 4: Amy: I'm not going to disenfranchise the sixteen people who voted for Donald Duck. Felicia: Fair enough.
