Panel 1: In
the title panel of this Sunday-style colour comic, Casey and Marie are
sitting on a couch in the Davies College basement nook, which is at the
north end of the college, away from all the areas with wifi coverage.
Casey is reading what is clearly a book by Terry Pratchett (Jingo,
I think). Marie is staring disconsolately down at her laptop. A sign
reading "West of Bathurst! (by Kari Maaren)" is taped to the wall
beside them. On the sign, an arrow points from the words towards the
couch.
Marie: Damn it...
Panel 2:
Marie: It's stupid that we don't get wireless in this part of the basement.
Panel 3:
Casey: You could move to the library.
Marie: I don't want to move to the library.
Panel 4:
Casey: The computer lab is ten feet away.
Marie: I like it here.
Panel 5:
Casey: Then you'll have to like it here without the Internet.
Marie: I find the very concept deeply distressing.
Panel 6:
Casey: What do you want me to say?
Panel 7:
Marie: I don't know, but draw it out. I need some way to procrastinate.
Casey: Ah.
