I am kind of hoping I'll be able to post this comic at midnight Toronto time...in other words, at the exact moment it takes place. I think I am sometimes a little too fond of gimmicks.

Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays, everyone. May your eggnog bowl overflow and your turkey be exceedingly moist.

Friday, December 25, 2009
Panel 1: Marie and Rahim have been watching movies in the Davies College Puffy Couch Room. Rahim pats Marie on the back.

Rahim: It's midnight. Merry Christmas.

Marie: Yay.

Panel 2:

Rahim:
You know, you will have a real Christmas again someday.

Marie: I'm sorry.

Panel 3:

Marie:
I shouldn't be so negative. You always make my Christmases bearable, and I don't often express my gratitude.

Panel 4:

Rahim: If you get mushy on me, I will throw you in the pond.

Marie: I would expect no less.

Alt-Text: This may be the first WoB comic in which Marie appears to be more cynical than Rahim. Of course, she goes and wrecks it in panel 3.
