I'll be in BC for the next week, so while updates will happen, they may be slightly irregular, depending on when I can find time to work on the comic. I'll also be relying on a portable scanner that tends to cut the edges off the comics, so it may take me extra time to repair the damage.

Basil [smiles]: What's good about it?

Basil [smiles]: ...And there you all sit, pretending to think about fluffy bunnies as the world collapses around you. Peasants.

Panel 3: Marie and another woman stare at Basil as he squashes a candy bar in his hand.

Caption: Wednesday

Basil
[smiles broadly]: This is not. The right. Kind of chocolate bar.

Panel 4: Marie comes up behind Basil as he snaps a pencil in half.

Caption: Thursday

Marie:
Are you aware that you send mixed signals?

Basil [happily]: I have no idea what you mean. Die, pencil, die.

Alt-Text: Having mood swings is one thing; exhibiting two distinct moods simultaneously takes talent.
