As this will be the last comic before Christmas, I shall now wish you a Merry Whatever and hope that your Christmas stir fry is all that you could ever expect it to be.

Monday, December 24, 2007
Panel 1: Marie and Rahim sit across from each other at a table in the Canadian restaurant Swiss Chalet. Marie is holding a menu.

Marie: I forgot you were vegetarian. We could go somewhere else--

Rahim: It was my suggestion. Besides, I like the veggie stir fry here.

Panel 2:

Marie:
Mmm...Christmas stir fry.

Rahim: Do you want to talk about it?

Panel 3:

Marie: Do I want to talk about the stir fry?

Rahim: No, about the fact that you get so desperately sad at Christmas.

Panel 4: Marie holds the menu right up in front of her face.

Marie: What a fantastic-looking stir fry!

Rahim: Which certainly answers my question.

Alt-Text: I have experienced dishes more unusual than mere Christmas stir fry. I have, in the past, had Christmas fried oysters and Christmas barbecued goose, both for breakfast.
