|Panel 1: In the middle of the night, Marie strolls down a dark Toronto street, past a number of storefronts. Evil Marie follows her.|
Evil Marie: I told you so.
Marie: Go away.
Evil Marie: If you had just talked to your friends--
Marie: I know, okay? But I didn't, and here we are.
Marie: I can't face them.
Evil Marie: Oh, grow a freaking spine. They're your friends; they'll understand.
Marie: The bit they just found out, or the bit I still don't have the courage to tell them?
Evil Marie: I meant both bits, but you clearly don't.
Alt-Text: Marie takes the concept of self-reflection to new and frightening extremes.
