Panel 1: In
the title panel of this Sunday-style colour comic, Marie has climbed to
the very top of a mountain to consult a tiny action figure of the
Eleventh Doctor from Doctor Who. A very small TARDIS flies past, towing a sign reading "West of Bathurst (by Kari Maaren)." Panel 2: Marie lies on her futon and talks to her little Eleventh Doctor action figure. Marie: I'm in real trouble this time, tiny Eleventh Doctor. Panel 3: Marie: I thought I was doing the right thing. I thought I had it all worked out and Casey would have to agree with me. Panel 4: Marie: But it doesn't work like that, does it? I can't just make him do things. Panel 5: Marie: Tiny Eleventh Doctor, am I trying to take the easy way out? Am I ignoring vital clues because they're just too hard to deal with? Am I in the wrong here? Panel 6: Marie stares at the Eleventh Doctor. Panel 7: Marie and Barbara are in a restaurant, the Eleventh Doctor on the table between them. Marie: He's still made of plastic. Barbara: That is his tragedy. Alt-Text: Where's the Blue Fairy when you need her? Go to commentary |
